<div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2017/business/03/23/chinese-bizmen-032317.jpg"/><figcaption><div class="embed-desc">An Chee Sin (left), senior consultant of the Qingdao Hengshun Zhongsheng Group, and a colleague attend the launch of clean energy projects to rise in Ilocos Norte. <cite>Photo by Angelo Caballero, ABS-CBN News</cite></div></figcaption></figure></div><p>DAVAO CITY -- Filipino and Chinese companies launched here on Thursday $430 million in wind and solar energy projects that will be built in the northern Philippines.</p><p>Energy Logics Philippines Inc and Qingdao Hengshun Zhongsheng Group Co, will build a 132-megawatt plant in Burgos and a 100-megawatt facility in Pasuquin, both in Ilocos Norte.</p><p>&quot;[It is] the biggest project that [a] China enterprise has to date that combines both wind and solar energy,&quot; said An Chee Sin, senior consultant of Qingdao Hengshun Zhongsheng.</p><p>The projects are expected to be finished in 18 months.</p>
