It eyes operations in Iloilo, Bacolod, Baguio, Cagayan De Oro, Cebu and Pampanga, Mauricio said. </p><p>Four other companies have applied for accreditation as ride-hailing services: Hirna, Go Lag, Micab, and Ipara.</p>
