The smartphones are loaded with voice, SMS and data packages, it said. Only frontliners for essential services are allowed to travel during the period.The country&#x27;s coronavirus task force is also studying the possibility of using the same system nationwide to monitor movements even after restrictions are lifted to prevent the spread of the disease, PLDT said.
