Its unit San Miguel Foods Inc is now producing 24,000 pieces daily from 10,000 buns per day previously, SMC said in a statement. &quot;What we hope to do is reach as many vulnerable families as possible and help make sure they do not go hungry. Apart from our food donations, our version of the ‘nutribun’ is another way for us to keep our citizens healthy and nourished,” SMC president and COO Ramon S. Private firms have also launched their own relief efforts to cushion the impact of COVID-19 on the most vulnerable communities.
