Our protocols require us to go beyond the usual static information, such as complete name and birthday,&quot; the bank said in a statement.East West Bank accounts are protected by several passwords and the bank does not use data exposed by the hack when verifying transactions, its president, Antonio Moncupa said.&quot;We have looked into the impact of the leak and we believe our on-line banking will not be affected,&quot; he said.
