MANILA - Century Properties Group Inc on Friday said its affordable housing brand PHirst Park Homes pre-sold units worth P4.4 billion from its Cavite, Batangas and Laguna projects.

As of April 30, 3,000 units out of the 3,400 or 95 percent of the 3 projects in Tanza, Cavite, Lipa, Batangas and San Pablo, Laguna were pre-sold, the developer said in a disclosure to the stock exchange.

The success is "proof" of the demand for quality homes with competitive pricing, said PHirst Park Homes president Ricky Celis.

Century Properties is set to launch more projects in north and south Luzon, identified as "growth areas" with high concentration of overseas Filipino workers' families, the statement said.
