Despite easing lockdowns, people going outside their homes will still need to bring quarantine passes, authorities said. <em>Jonathan Cellona, ABS-CBN News/file</em></figcaption></figure></div><p>MANILA- Quarantine passes are still required in all areas under modified and general community quarantine, the Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG) said Wednesday.</p><p>The passes are necessary since movement remains limited in all areas under community quarantine, even in those with fewer restrictions, DILG Undersecretary Jonathan Malaya said.</p><p>&quot;Yun pong ating quarantine pass ay kailangan pa rin po yan sa lahat ng lugar na nasa quarantine. Limitado pa rin po ang paglabas at pag galaw ng ating mga kababayan,&quot; he said in a virtual press briefing.</p><p>(Our quarantine passes are needed in all areas under quarantine. Gen. Guillermo Eleazar, who heads Joint Task Force COVID-19 Shield, assured the public that authorities manning checkpoints would use &quot;common sense as well as humanitarian and medical consideration&quot; in checking travelers.</p>
