J&T investigates cargo mishandling in viral video

This &quot;violates every single standard procedure&quot; and could be grounds for termination, said J&amp;T Express branding manager Leonardo Alampay.</p><p>&quot;The contents of the video is clear, this was a case of mishandling of parcels.
