Globe: All prepaid load will have 1-year validity

MANILA -- Globe Telecom said all prepaid load, even denominations below P300, will be valid for 1 year starting on Thursday.

Globe said it implemented the 1-year validity for prepaid load above P300 on January 6, to comply with a memorandum from the National Telecommunications Commission, the Department of Information and Communications Technology and the Department of Trade and Industry.

The company said it was "grateful" to government agencies for "giving us ample time to prepare for the smooth and seamless implementation" of the extended validity period.
