I kinda feel that I want to treat people who work for me the same way I want to be treated...as if I<br/>was working for someone. And we follow that golden rule here at Globe,&quot; he says.</p><p>This set-up, Cu says, makes the work place more peaceful and collaborative.</p><p>&quot;Culture is just as important as strategy.
