Ruffy Biazon, and former Oriental Mindoro representative Rodolfo Valencia in their pork barrel scam cases.Biazon was scheduled to enter a plea to the graft, malversation and direct bribery charges against him while Valencia was set to be arraigned on graft and malversation cases in connection with the P10 billion pork barrel scam.Their arraignments were postponed due to their pending motions submitted last week.Biazon, who is accused of pocketing P1.9 million in public funds after diverting P3-million worth of his priority development assistant fund (PDAF) for livelihood projects to an alleged fake organization, asked the court to reconsider its finding of probable cause for his indictment.Biazon cited that he is not an accountable officer of his PDAF in 2007, stating that the Special Provision of the 2007 PDAF Article the funds should be released to the implementing agency and not to the legislator.Meanwhile, Valencia, who is charged with allegedly getting P2.4 million kickbacks from diverting P6.510 million in PDAF to fake non-government organization, asked the Sandiganbayan to review, and eventually dismiss his cases.Valencia was supposed to be arraigned last June 27, but failed to show up because of an &quot;acute viral infection.&quot;Meanwhile, businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles pleaded not guilty to her graft cases with Biazon and Valencia. Napoles was accused of orchestrating the P10-billion scam by creating fake non-government organizations lawmakers used to funnel public funds.She currently faces charges with other former lawmakers allegedly involved in the scam including plunder and graft cases of former senators Bong Revilla, Jinggoy Estrada and Juan Ponce Enrile. She also has graft charges with former congressmen Rodolfo Plaza, Rizalina Seachon Lanete, Edgar Valdez, Constantino Jaraula, Alvin Sandoval, Samuel Dangwa, Marc Douglas Cagas, Arthur Pingoy, and Arthur Olaño.
