Lopez.</div></figcaption></figure></div><p>MANILA - Rockwell Primaries on Wednesday broke ground on its first high-rise condominium project, The Vantage at Kapitolyo in Pasig City, the company said in a statement.</p><p>Located on the corner of West Capitol Drive and United Street, the development will feature two residential towers, a central amenity deck and a two-storey retail row, it said.</p><p>Rockwell Primaries, a subsidiary of Rockwell Land Corp., offers &quot;affordable, premium quality&quot; real estate, compared to its parent&#x27;s upscale offerings.</p><p>In 2013, Rockwell Primaries launched its first project, the mid-rise 53 Benitez in New Manila. Another project south of the capital is expected to be launched this year, the company said.</p><p>Last week, Rockwell Land opened <a href="http://news.abs-cbn.com/business/07/13/16/rockwell-land-brings-culinary-fire-to-cebu"><strong>Kayu</strong></a>, a Cebuano-Californian fusion restaurant at its 32 Sanson development in Cebu.</p>
