Globe Telecom Inc. said Thursday it was preparing its infrastructure for President Rodrigo Duterte's emergency hotline launching next month.

The government is eyeing 911 and Globe's own 8888 for the service, which aims to replicate Duterte's hotline in Davao City, Globe said in a statement.
