PLDT, Smart offer free call stations in Abra, other quake-hit areas

Handout" src="https://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2022/tvpatrol/07/28/free-call-station.jpg"/><figcaption>A Smart free call station located in Ilocos Sur. <em>Handout</em></figcaption></figure></div><p>MANILA - PLDT Inc and its wireless unit Smart Communications said free call and WiFi stations have been activated in Abra and in other nearby provinces to assist residents in their communication needs. </p><p>As of Thursday, the following free calls and free WiFi stations are available in the following locations: </p><div><strong>ILOCOS SUR </strong></div><ul>	<li>Landmark Building, Jose Singson St., Barangay VIII, Poblacion, Vigan City </li>	<li>Vigan Northern Alliance Trading, 3rd Floor UNP Town Center, Tamag, Vigan City </li>	<li>Candon City PD Office, Corner Gaerlan and Abaya St., San Isidro, Candon </li></ul><div> <br/><strong>ABRA </strong></div><ul>	<li>Abra PD Office, Horizon St. Zone 7, Bangued </li></ul><div> <br/><strong>BENGUET </strong></div><p>• Benguet Agri Pinoy Trading Center, Strawberry Fields, La Trinidad </p><p>&quot;PLDT and Smart were the first telcos to offer free call services in quake-hit Vigan City, Ilocos Sur following the tremors.
