More choices for Filipinos with five new ABS-CBN TVplus channels
MANILA – Five channels have been added to ABS-CBN's digital terrestrial television service, TVPlus, the company said in a statement.
ABS-CBN TVPlus now has the Asianovela Channel, Movie Central, Jeepney TV, MYX and O Shopping.
The new channels are available in Metro Manila, Rizal, Cavite, Laguna and Metro Cebu, and will be available in Cagayan De Oro starting August 2.
As of July 2018, ABS-CBN has sold 5.5 million TVPlus boxes of its TVPlus digital service, driving its penetration in Metro Manila. Among non-cabled homes in the territory, 55 percent or 1 in 2 homes have an ABS-CBN TVplus box, according to Kantar Media.
