MANILA - SM Investments Corp on Monday confirmed that it has revived its plan to buy Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc. The Sy-led firm is in &quot;final stages of completing its acquisition of 34 percent of the total outstanding capital stocks of Goldilocks Bakeshop Inc,&quot; SM Investment told the stock exchange.
