'Common tower policy' draft may be out by end of September: Honasan

MANILA – The Department of Information and Communications Technology (DICT) may release the first draft of its common tower policy within the month, its chief said Monday.Shared cell sites can help lower costs and provide faster services to more Filipinos, DICT Secretary Gringo Honasan told reporters on the sidelines of a business summit in Taguig.“We are now crafting the common tower policy…so within the month, meron tayong first draft na ng common tower policy,” Honasan said.“Mas matipid, pag mas matipid, bababa &#x27;yung cost at bibilis &#x27;yung serbisyo.
