MANILA - Mall operator SM Prime Holdings will open its second mall in Olongapo City on Sept. 13.
SM said the new mall will have four floors, six digital cinemas, a convention center, more than 700 carpark slots, a sports entertainment venue, as well as store brands and facilities that the SM group carries.
The mall, dubbed SM City Olongapo Central, will open with 85 percent of space lease-awarded, the company said.
“Olongapo City remains as one of the fastest-growing cities in Central Luzon creating a wonderful synergy on economical and sustainable development," said SM Prime president Jeffrey Lim.
SM has allotted around P80 billion to fund integrated property developments and other expansion plans this year.
