Don&#x27;t say you&#x27;re the boss, you&#x27;ll be something different... (you) should be equal to everybody,&quot; he added.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/YJA9ywDjTFQ" width="560"></iframe></figure><p>The 60-year-old cosmetics magnate also shared with The Boss how his company is literally expanding by adding a new building with more than 22,000 square meters of floorspace this December.</p><p>&quot;We had to knock down two buildings to create this,&quot; said Sy. </p><p>&quot;I hope this new building will be enough for the next generation,&quot; he added.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe allowfullscreen="" frameBorder="0" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/1_ftYdtd5vU" width="560"></iframe></figure><p>Catch Dioceldo Sy on ANC’s The Boss at 7:30p.m. on September 14, with replays at 11:30p.m. on Thursdays; Fridays at 3:30a.m. and 1p.m.; Saturdays at 4:30.am. and 10a.m.; Sundays at 4:30a.m. and Mondays at 9:30a.m.</p>
