We are encouraged that majority of our customers have decided to choose e-billing,&quot; Globe senior vice president for corporate communications Yoly Crisanto said. Sen. Nancy Binay has filed a resolution seeking a Senate investigation on the additional charge for paper bills.Crisanto clarified that only new postpaid mobile subscribers from October 2015 who opt for paper billing or only 2.4 percent of the total postpaid subscribers were being charged.Senior citizens and Globe Platinum customers are exempted from the fee, she said.Subscribers may also access their billing statements through USSD code *143#, G-Services app and through www.globe.com.ph/myaccount.
