When they catch fish they only have about 4 hours to get rid of the catch until it spoils,&quot; said Barriga. But with ice, fish can be kept fresh for up to 7 days, he said. </p><p>Barriga intends to use the P500,000 grant from BPI Foundation to boost Palamigan&#x27;s manufacturing capacity. </p>
