Megaworld to build 4th residential development in Uptown Bonifacio

MANILA - Property firm Megaworld on Monday said it would build its 4th residential condominium in its 15.4-hectare township in Fort Bonifacio.
The P10-billion Uptown Arts Residence will rise near the proposed Skytrain Uptown Station and Mega Manila Subway, Megaworld told the stock exchange.
All units of the property will have balconies while those in the amenity deck will have their own lanai, Megaworld said.
“It has the fastest access to the new transport infrastructure projects, and it stands right next to Uptown’s own array of dining, shopping and entertainment establishments,” said Megaworld senior vice president for sales and marketing Noli Hernandez.

The tower is expected to be completed in 2024, the company said.
