MANILA -- Millennials and single parents who want to work at their own pace and spend more time for family are driving growth in freelancing in the Philippines, a jobs recruitment service said.In the January to November period, the number of people seeking jobs on Freelancer.com rose to 30.8 million from 26 million, data from the platform showed. Most of the users are millennials aged 18 to 37.The Philippines is the top country in Southeast Asia for project-based work with 1 million freelancers.
