MANILA - Google on Friday launched Datally, an app that allows users to cut back on their mobile data costs by better monitoring their usage.Datally allows users to track their data usage in real time and restrict data access for certain apps. It also has a Wi-Fi finder feature, Google said.Beta testers who have had Datally since early 2017 said they were able to save an average of 30 percent on data, Google said. Engineering student James Makiramdam said his data allowance was cut by up to P400 per month.&quot;Kung dati naglo-load ako twice a week, pero with Datally since may control ka na sa data usage, parang kailangan ko na lang mag top-up once a week,&quot; Makiramdam said.
