The first tranche was implemented in </span><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/10/17/23/sctex-hikes-toll-rates" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer"></a><span><a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/10/17/23/sctex-hikes-toll-rates" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">October 2023</a></span><span>.</span></div><p><span>The TRB said it approved the collection of </span>the provisionally approved toll fees for the MCX after the Ayala Corporation and the MCX Project Company, Inc. filed a petition for periodic toll rate adjustments in 2022. </p><div><br/></div>
