Pero dahil diyan may speculative effect,” said Rino Abad, director of the DOE’s Oil Industry Management Bureau.</p><p>“In the end magco-correct din po ang market at ibabalik niya rin,” he told state television PTV.</p><p>(Some excitement was created even if there was no actual supply disruption in the Middle East. But it created a speculative effect.
