Dennis Uy, Villar, Injap firms penalized for not filing financial reports

<p>MANILA --  Companies owned by tycoons Manny Villar, Dennis Uy, Edgar &quot;Injap&quot; Sia, and 10 others were penalized by the Philippine Stock Exchange for not filing their 2023 financial reports by the set deadline.</p><p>The state bourse penalized Villar&#x27;s Golden MV Holdings Inc., Uy&#x27;s <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/11/03/22/dissecting-dennis-uys-mountain-of-debt">Chelsea Logistics and Infrastructure Holdings and Phoenix Petroleum Philippines</a>, and Sia&#x27;s <a href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/business/08/15/23/merrymart-net-income-climbs-nearly-25-pct-in-first-half-of-2023" rel="noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">MerryMart Consumer</a> for not submitting their annual financial reports by the April 30, 2024 extended deadline.</p><p>Also penalized were William Gatchalian&#x27;s Waterfront Philippines and Acesite (Phils.)
