In a statement, the telco giant said call, text and data services have been fully restored in Albay, Batangas, Camarines Norte, Cavite, Marinduque, Masbate, Palawan and Romblon.

According to state weather bureau PAGASA, Aghon was seen 315 km east of Tuguegarao City, Cagayan at 4 a.m. on May 28.
