MANILA - At least 60 Kadiwa sites will be put up by the Department of Agriculture in Visayas and Mindanao starting this September, in areas like Cebu, Maguindanao, and Sulu.&quot;Yung Kadiwa target ay by September will be opening already yung mga Kadiwa stores natin in Visayas and Mindanao. We&#x27;re targeting Cebu, Maguindanao, and Sulu.)De Mesa said even the Bigas 29 and the Rice for All programs will be available in the Visayas and Mindanao sites.
