However, instead of targeting the shoulders directly, Dr. Tan-Gatue inserted the needle into her arm, emphasizing the importance of manipulating these connecting points in the body to restore balance and alleviate discomfort.As the session went on, each cast member had their own unique stress-relief experience. Gello talked about his arm pain, but after a single needle went into his scalp, that stiffness was gone.Anthony mentioned his misaligned collarbone, while Chie learned about addressing her lower back pains by tracing the body meridians.Meanwhile, Vivoree dealt with upper back tension, receiving three needles.
