A group of hikers in Honolulu came to the rescue of a baby goat, climbing the cliff face where it had been stranded for four days.

After they saw the goat's predicament on social media, several West Oahu residents banded together to mount the rescue operation, local media reported.

They lured the baby goat, who they later named Bala, with apples and distracted it with a drone, hiker Caleb Morrison told a local news station.

After his frightening ordeal, Bala is now safely ensconced at the Aloha Animal Sanctuary in Kahalu'u.
