<p>Nag-jetski sa baha sa Sto. Domingo Avenue ang isang residente ng Quezon City, Miyerkules. </p><p>Hindi madaanan ang ilang bahagi ng Sto. Domingo Avenue dahil sa pagbaha.</p><p>Binaha rin ang bahagi ng Quezon Avenue at Biak na Bato.</p><p>Nasa gutter level naman ang baha sa Quezon Avenue sa bahagi ng Roosevelt Avenue, West Avenue at EDSA. Binaha rin ang kanto ng North Avenue at Mindanao Avenue.</p><p>Naantala naman ang pagbiyahe ng mga sasakyan sa bahagi ng EDSA-Muñoz northbound dahil sa hanggang bewang na baha sa kanto ng Seminary Road.</p><p>Nakahinto rin ang mga sasakyan sa ilalim ng LRT Balintawak para umiwas sa baha na lumampas na sa mga barrier ng MMDA.</p><p>Pinaaalalahanan naman ng mga awtoridad ang mga residente sa lugar na iwasan ang paglabas sa bahay kung hindi kinakailangan.</p><p>Nagdulot ng mga pagbaha at landslide sa ilang bahagi ng bansa ang malalakas na ulan na dulot na habagat na pinalakas ng <a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/regions/2024/7/24/stronger-carina-may-become-super-typhoon-la-mesa-dam-nears-overflow-1200">bagyong Carina</a>. </p><p>Inaasahang magpapatuloy ang masamang panahon <a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/7/24/heavy-to-intense-rains-forecast-to-persist-until-thursday-1501">hanggang Huwebes</a>.</p><div><a class="fr-green fr-strong" href="https://news.abs-cbn.com/news/2024/7/24/walang-pasok-class-suspensions-on-thursday-july-25-1502">Walang Pasok: Class suspensions on Thursday, July 25</a></div><div><br/></div><div><br/></div><div><br/></div>
