In a harrowing scene captured on police body-cam footage, a 64-year-old Thai woman was found trapped and helpless, entwined in the coils of a python in Thailand's Samut Prakan on Tuesday.
Footage showed Arrom Arunro lying on the tiled floor of her house with the python, one of the largest snakes in Thailand, wrapped around her body, near damp, overgrown bushes.
"As soon as I sat down, the snake bit me," Arrom said, describing the moment she was about to wash dishes.
