Have you noticed how relationships are so awkward in the beginning? Even Narda (Jane de Leon) and Brian (Joshua Garcia) experienced that, too. But there’s something about them, maybe it’s their chemistry, that makes even their uncomfortable moments look so ‘kilig’. In the scene where Narda said that friendship is all she could offer, Brian replied that he&#x27;ll still be there no matter what happens. He loves her and he will always protect her – as a friend.Even Narda’s family members noticed something’s changed in their dynamic. The usual ‘asaran’ turned into awkwardness, like when Brian helped Narda and Ding (Zaijian Jaranilla) bring Lola Berta (Rio Locsin) to the hospital after Yshna/Xandra (Kim Rodriguez)’s attack. Although she let him drop her home, she was obviously distant and cold.Things got shaky when she chided him for putting Oleg (Zeppi Borromeo)’s life in danger by using him as a police asset. It was followed by Narda and Oleg going undercover in a resto-bar to catch the distribution of an illegal drug called sparkler. The syndicate group members caught them. Fortunately, Narda’s fight skills came in handy and Brian’s team arrived. She thanked him for his yet another heroic save, and although awkward, at least Oleg’s disguise made them smile.Accidental touch is a sure way to trigger awkwardness – and ‘kilig.’ There was a scene where Lola Berta and Luna (Kira Balinger) brought food for Narda at work. Richard (LA Santos) and Brian joined them for lunch in the pantry. Narda and Brian noticed the microwave was set too long, so they fixed the timer at the same time. She pulled away when their hands accidentally touched but the people around them didn’t miss the spark.Soon they realized that the best way to keep a friendship is to act like friends. They settled for a platonic relationship and brought back their closeness. “Na-miss ka ni Lola pati ni Ding,” she enthused when he brought pizza during his visit. We felt second-hand embarrassment and at the same time ‘kilig’ when Narda almost jumped out of excitement upon seeing Brian. At this point, they were slowly bringing back their cute cat-and-dog dynamic.Of course, it was cringe-worthy for Narda when Brian tried to contact Darna in front of her. Fortunately, she just had her contact number replaced. Lola Berta suggests Brian call his task force instead, saving Narda from her little awkward feelings. The video closes with the two walking home like the old times. Brian decided it was time to release some of the tension. He said Narda can still open up to him if there’s a problem, then kindled their usual ‘asaran.’From awkward, the two went next-level ‘kilig’ in their relationship!
