<a href="https://ent.abs-cbn.com/darna">Mars Ravelo’s Darna</a> stars Enchong Dee and Mutya Orquia have set rules for themselves that ensure they get to ‘YOLO’ responsibly.In this episode of Kapamilya Chat, Enchong and Mutya took on the “My Rules” Challenge where they shared their non-negotiables about specific things. First, they were asked their manifesto for tattoos, to which Enchong replied, “Your body, your choice.” Mutya has no problems with tattoos, although, at 16, she’s not yet allowed to get inked. If she could, she would go for a minimalist design.On curfews, she’s allowed to stay out as late as 2am “basta nakakauwi nang matino at nag-a-update.” Enchong is likewise lenient with his 21-year-old sibling’s curfew, considerate since he also went through the stage of going out with friends. When it comes to shopping, the ‘budgetarian’ Enchong is not one to easily get swayed by online ‘budol.’ He said shoppers must first do their research on unfamiliar products to avoid scams. Although, he perfectly understands that people want to treat themselves for their hard work, “Basta sarili mong pera. Pinaghirapan mo ‘yan, so why not.” Just shop responsibly.At 16, Mutya is already aware of her priorities, which is why she saves first and controls her expenses but she also makes sure to treat herself once in a while.On friendships, Enchong follows this commandment: “Dapat aware ako na hindi ako nakikipag-compete at hindi ako nakikipagsabayan. We live in a society na kailangan magpa-impress o napapakita kung ano ‘yung meron at wala ka, so importante sa akin na you can do whatever you want but I’m not pressured to compete with you.” The key is to look for a friend who is non-materialistic, the kind who will never judge you based on the clothes you wear. For Mutya, the rule is no backstabbing.When it comes to romantic relationships, the NBSB Mutya said her non-negotiables are loyalty and being supportive.
