<p>Like most around the world, favorite local celebrities welcomed 2019 surrounded by their loved ones, whether on vacation, at a party, or in the comfort of their own homes.</p><p>The revelry ushering in the New Year also came with reflection, as stars looked back on their respective experiences in 2018, and how these formed, changed, or strengthened them.</p><p>Optimism and gratitude were common mindsets in these introspective posts, particularly on Instagram.
