‘Pilipinas Got Talent': Shadow puppeteers pay tribute to Marawi victims

<figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/zJWPRb9r7Ac?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="~//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="~//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>A group of shadow puppeteers paid tribute to those who survived the clashes in Marawi when they performed in Saturday&#x27;s episode of &quot;Pilipinas Got Talent.&quot;</p><p>Shadow Arts Theater Organization (SATO) from Palo town, Leyte is composed of young people who survived the wrath of super typhoon Yolanda.</p><p>The group was formed to help the young people deal with the trauma brought about by the calamity.</p><p>&quot;Nice message, and it&#x27;s very inspiring that you would like to help the people in Marawi, na I appreciate it very much,&quot; Freddie Garcia said.</p><p>&quot;Gusto ko lang sabihin sa inyo na napahanga niyo ako bilang biktima rin kayo at survivors ng isang trahedya pero nandito kayo ngayon para tumulong naman, magbigay ng awareness para sa isa pang biktima ng trahedya,&quot; Angel Locsin added.</p><p>Robin Padilla also lauded the group for their raw yet touching performance. &quot;Very raw siya, pero bawat lumabas doon, naramdaman ko,&quot; he said.</p><p>The group received the approval of all four judges.</p><p>Hosted by Billy Crawford and Toni Gonzaga, &quot;Pilipinas Got Talent&quot; airs Saturdays after &quot;Home Sweetie Home&quot; and Sundays after &quot;Wansapanataym.&quot;</p>
