MANILA – Antoinette Jadaone was among those who caught the “JaDine” bug following James Reid and Nadine Lustre’s announcement of their decision to break up.

Like rubbing salt on a wound, Jadaone on Wednesday shared a trailer of “On the Wings of Love” which was first released exactly four years ago.

That series, directed by Jadaone, further boosted the popularity of Reid and Lustre's love team, making Twitter’s trending list every night at the time.

In the caption, Jadaone wrote: “4 years ago, we released this teaser for the final weeks of On the Wings of Love. Good times. Twas a good run.”

The tweet got hundreds of replies, with some netizens thanking Jadaone for creating the characters for Reid and Lustre.

On the other hand, those hoping for a reconciliation between the former couple repeatedly quoted a memorable line made by Reid’s character.
