Joshua Garcia, Janella Salvador reunite in another TV project

MANILA – Following the conclusion of “The Killer Bride,” fans of the “JoshNella” love team do not have to wait that long to see their idols back on screen again.

On Saturday, Joshua Garcia and Janella Salvador will star in their first “Maalala Mo Kaya” (MMK) episode together.

“We are actually super excited kasi nga this is our first time to work together sa 'MMK' naman,” said Salvador in an interview with ABS-CBN News.

The actress said the episode tells the story of two young people who will meet through cheerleading.

To prepare for their roles, Garcia revealed that they actually went through rigorous trainings to learn about cheerleading.

In fact, "MMK" uploaded on Instagram photos and a video of their rehearsals.

While they could not share anything yet, Garcia and Salvador teased they might be working on other projects together again in the future.

For now, they are just overwhelmed by the outpouring love and support from their fans.

“Sobrang thankful kami kasi nakakatuwa na after matapos nung ‘Killer Bride,’ mas lalo pa silang lumakas and mas naging united. We are very excited to be able to work with each other more pa and make them happy,” Salvador said.
