<p>Many parents treat a child&#x27;s 7th birthday as a milestone in a kid&#x27;s life.</p><p>That&#x27;s why former child wonder Niño Muhlach gave his all when his son, Alonzo, turned 7 on Friday. </p><p>On Instagram, Niño shared a few photos taken during the carnival-themed party. </p><p>&quot;He deserves it naman. Kahit sobrang sipag niya sa work, he has &#x27;Your Face Sounds Familiar,&#x27; he&#x27;s still first honor in his class.
