<p>A new trailer for the first-ever live action &quot;Pokemon&quot; movie has been released, and it features a surprising appearance by a fan-favorite psychic legendary. </p><p>Looking his menacing best, Mewtwo floats above the chaos engulfing what appears to be Ryme City after punching through a giant, flaming Pikachu balloon, as seen in the new video. </p><p>Mewtwo&#x27;s debut adds more questions to the already intriguing mystery that is the plot of &quot;Pokemon: Detective Pikachu&quot; --just what exactly happened to the dad of Tim (Justice Smith). </p><p>As Detective Pikachu (voiced by Ryan Reynolds) muses: &quot;Harry faked his own death, or somebody else faked Harry&#x27;s death, or Harry faked somebody else&#x27;s death.
