'Airwolf' star Jan-Michael Vincent dies at 73

US Actor and TV series “Airwolf” star Jan-Michael Vincent passed away on Feb. 10 due to cardiac arrest, according to a report on Friday. He was 73.In a report published by The Hollywood Reporter, Vincent, who battled with drug and alcohol abuse, died at Mission Hospital&#x27;s Memorial Campus in Asheville, North Carolina.During his 1970s heyday, Vincent starred in &quot;Buster and Billie,&quot; &quot;White Line Fever,&quot; &quot;Baby Blue Marine,&quot; &quot;Big Wednesday,&quot; and the &quot;The Mechanic.&quot; He was known as Stringfellow Hawke on &quot;Airwolf&quot; that aired from 1984 to 1986 and was one of the highest paid actors on TV.But Vincent struggled through personal issues and sickness that sent him on a downward spiral, the report said.The actor was involved in a car accident in 1996 in California which resulted in a neck injury which damaged his vocal cords. More than a decade later, Vincent was involved in another accident which led to the amputation of his right leg.
