There was no grand entourage. Invitations were also not necessary, since they only invited their relatives and some of their closest friends.</p><p>Unlike Carmen&#x27;s parents, the Tuazon family was not excited about the wedding. Joaquin&#x27;s parents did not attend both the ceremony and the reception. This caused a huge disappointment for Carmen&#x27;s family.</p><p>&quot;May importante po silang lakad,&quot; Joaquin claimed.</p><p>He could not say that his parents, especially his father Tomas (Albert Martinez), are against the idea of welcoming Carmen to their family.</p><p>They have fragile secrets that are too dark to be revealed. And Carmen is closely connected to their family&#x27;s greatest enemy-- Cardo (Coco Martin).</p><p>After the exchange of vows, Joaquin, Carmen and Junior (Lei Andrei Navarro) would have to live under one roof. They will try to live a happy life, with a promise of a new beginning for all three of them.</p><p>Carmen and Junior, however, have no idea that Joaquin was the one who murdered Ador.</p><p>Many viewers did not like Carmen&#x27;s decision to marry Joaquin.
