'The Voice Teens 2': Pair of talented artists join apl.de.ap's team

MANILA--Two more young artists joined Apl.de.ap's team in Sunday's episode of "The Voice Teens 2."

Calvin Candelaria and Ella Mayor were the latest additions to the international hitmaker's team.

Candelaria charmed the coaches with his performance of "Nais Ko."

"The texture of your voice, I know it's not my genre, but I am a fan of music. I know that I can something, something different, something new, fusion maybe, from hip-hop to theater," apl.de.ap told Candelaria.

Lea Salonga added: "Back to your singing, I found nothing wrong with it. Yeah, maybe, certain notes here and there but the overall delivery, nagustuhan ko talaga."

Candelaria eventually chose to be part of apl.de.ap's team.

Meanwhile, Mayor made Salonga, apl.de.ap and Sarah Geronimo turn with her cover of "Don't Rain on My Parade."

Unfortunately, apl.de.ap blocked Salonga from being chosen as a coach.

"The performance, it's so versatile," apl.de.ap told Mayor.

Geronimo added: "Consistency na lang, kasi 'yung disiplina, nasa 'yo na."

Just like Candelaria, Mayor chose to be part of Apl.de.ap's team.
