Grace (Jessy Mendiola) forgave Christian (JC de Vera). Marian (Dawn Zulueta) and Gabriel (Richard Gomez) gave their marriage a second chance.</p><p>There were a few emotional beats, but overall, the finale left a smile on the faces of fans, making them believe that to be truly free, one must learn to forgive.</p><p>The episode opened with Grace at the wake of Christian, the love of her life who turned out to also be the man who kidnapped her younger brother, throwing the marriage of Marian and Gabriel --her parents-- into disarray.</p><p>She listened as friends and family recalled Christian&#x27;s good deeds and his willingness to sacrifice his life for those he loved.</p><p>It proved a little too much for Grace, whose life was saved by Christian. She told her parents: &quot;Parang isang masamang panaginip lahat. Bakit kasi minahal ko pa [siya] at minahal niya ako? It was also around this time that Marian and Gabriel chose to renew their wedding vows.</p><p>&quot;Maraming salamat sa pangalawang pagkakataon na mahalin ka muli,&quot; Gabriel told his wife. &quot;Maraming salamat dahil nandiyan ka pa rin matapos ang lahat. Sa iyo pa rin ako uuwi at ikaw pa rin ang mamahalin ko ng walang hanggan.&quot;</p><p>It was the perfect conclusion to a series adamant in driving home the point that people, even criminals, can change and deserve a second shot in life.</p><p>In his last words to Grace, Christian summed up how people in our country view those who have spent years in jail. &quot;Natatakot ako dahil alam mo ba ang tingin sa akin ng lahat ng tao?
