'See You Again': KZ's farewell song a hint of things to come in 'Singer 2018'

<p>After her elimination from &quot;Singer 2018&quot; last week, KZ Tandingan returned to China&#x27;s top-rating TV show in its episode Friday, this time to formally say goodbye with what appeared to be a final performance.</p><p>Tandingan took the stage with a Mandarin version of &quot;See You Again,&quot; the Wiz Khalifa and Charlie Puth hit from the action movie &quot;Furious 7,&quot; about looking forward to meeting a close friend after a long time of separation. It was not explained what it meant for her chances to still join the April 13 finale, following her elimination. </p><p>Now it has been confirmed that Tandingan, as well as past contenders who got eliminated, will perform again in the penultimate episode of &quot;Singer 2018&quot; on April 6, according to Tandingan&#x27;s management team, Cornerstone Entertainment.</p><p>Four of those returning artists will join the top three regular contenders, to complete the final seven at the program&#x27;s conclusion. It remains to be seen how the additional four from the crop of eliminated artists will be determined.</p><p>Tandingan joined &quot;Singer 2018&quot; in its fifth episode as a challenger, following the elimination of another superstar-contender. She got regular status the following episode, and went on to perform thrice more until her elimination.</p>
