Dua Lipa is the event’s main act.Meanwhile, Miss Universe 2015 Pia Wurtzbach will be one of the hosts of the concert.“This is an amazing opportunity. To know that Dua Lipa is also performing and we’ll be performing on the same stage as her, it’s big. It’s big for me and Sam,” Lustre told reporters earlier Tuesday.Lustre said the organizers wanted her and Concepcion to do a duet but they opted for a mashup so they could choose their own songs.“We think that it’s better if we sing our own songs kasi at least people here in Indonesia will get to know us and will get to listen to our songs. Para original din,” she said.Although she’s going to sing and dance before a predominantly foreign crowd, Lustre said she will still follow the same routine as if she is performing before her local fans. “It’s still the same. As much as possible, I just want to enjoy myself on stage and I love performing so I don’t think this is going to be hard but it is nerve-wracking because it’s a different country. It’s a big stage. This is the first time I’m performing in a stage this grand. It’s also my first time here in Indonesia so I’m going to remember this,” she said. Lustre said she’s also elated that some Indonesians recognize her and that they know about her series “On the Wings of Love.”In fact, Lustre shared that there were people who approached her and Concepcion while they were strolling in a mall on Monday.“It’s nice to have supporters abroad who are not Filipinos. At least our show is being recognized and they love it even though it’s not in their language,” she said.Is she open to expanding her market?“Of course! I want to share our culture. I want people to love it the way we do. It’s something to be proud of,” she said.
