Want to attend the 'Avengers: Infinity War' fan event in Singapore? Here's what you have to do

<p>MANILA – Marvel fans could get a once-in-a-lifetime chance of meeting the cast of the upcoming movie &quot;Avengers: Infinity War&quot; at a fan event in Singapore next week.</p><p>In a statement released Monday, Marvel Studios and Marina Bay Sands announced further details of the highly anticipated red carpet event happening on April 16.</p><p>The venue of the event is at the Event Plaza, located at the outdoor promenade overlooking the waters of Marina Bay. </p><p>It is free and open to all but due to venue capacity limitations, organizers are encouraging fans and visitors to start queuing when the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, Hall B opens at 7 a.m. of April 16.</p><div class="embed-wrap"><figure data-feedback="fb:likes,fb:comments"><img src="http://sa.kapamilya.com/absnews/abscbnnews/media/2018/entertainment/04/01/avengers-040218.jpg?ext=.jpg"/></figure></div><p>The requirements for registration are the following: photo ID (passport for Philippine residents), full name and contact number. </p><p>After the process, fans and visitors could enjoy treats at the Hall A of the Sands Expo and Convention Centre, including film screenings of “Avengers: Age of Ultron” and “Captain America: Civil War.” Other interactive experiences will likewise be available throughout the day.</p><p>There will also be concession stands selling food and beverage before the red carpet fan event kicks off at Event Plaza. </p><p>Two years ago, Marvel Entertainment brought Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan to Singapore to promote “Captain America: Civil War.”</p><p>Just like what happened before, the organizers did not specify who among the stars of “Infinity War” will be making an appearance at this year’s fan event.</p><figure class="op-interactive"><iframe height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/QwievZ1Tx-8?enablejsapi=1" width="560"></iframe></figure><div class="iwantbar">Watch more in <a href="~//www.iwantv.com.ph/">iWantv</a> or <a href="~//tfc.tv/">TFC.tv</a></div><p>The trailer, which Marvel Entertainment released in March, promises a whole lot of destruction courtesy of Thanos (Josh Brolin). </p><p>Trying to prevent humanity&#x27;s demise are the Avengers, led by Iron Man (Robert Downey Jr.), Black Panther (Chadwick Boseman), and Captain America (Chris Evans). </p><p>It&#x27;s proving to be an impossible task, though, as one can clearly see the superheroes struggling against the menacing baddie.</p><p>Directed by the Russo Brothers (&quot;Captain America: Civil War&quot;), &quot;Avengers: Infinity War&quot; is scheduled for a late April release.</p>
