Box office: 'Eerie' earns P75 million in 7 days

<p>MANILA – &quot;Eerie,&quot; Star Cinema&#x27;s horror-thriller movie starring Charo Santos-Concio and Bea Alonzo, has earned P75,252,077.76 million as of April 2.</p><p>On Wednesday afternoon, Santos-Concio shared the figures in an Instagram post as she thanked those who supported and watched the film, which opened in cinemas last March 27.</p><blockquote class="instagram-media" The student, at least based on the trailer, appears to have taken her own life, with her ghost lingering in the halls of the school.</p><p>Also starring Jake Cuenca and Maxene Magalona, the movie is directed by “Birdshot” director Mikhail Red.</p><p>“Eerie” made its world premiere in December 2018 at the Singapore International Film Festival. </p>
