Manny Pacquiao. The “Booba” actress was among the performers at the boxing icon’s grand rally in Dumaguete City.</p><p>Quinto had also accompanied Pacquiao in Iloilo City on March 31, going by photos she belatedly shared on Instagram on Monday.
